Frozen/Unresponsive iPhone
Frozen/Unresponsive iPhone is When Your iPhone Get Stuck When you Switching on/off your phone or even When you are Using.
You can Try Several Steps to Avoid them or recover from them, If your iPhone is stuck, try these simple steps below:
Restart Phone
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button on Your iPhone until
the Red Slider Appears.
Sleep/Wake Button is the Button on the Top of Your Phone.
This is the Simplest way to Get back to Your Phone!
Recharge Your Phone
Your Phone will not Switch on if your Phone Battery is Extremely Low.
Try Recharging Your Phone, This Screen will Appear once your phone is
connected to the charger.
Close Apps
Your iPhone will freeze if one of your app has been crashed or if there is any
problem with your app.
You have to do is,
1.click the home button twice (Button with a Square on it)
2.You will see your active apps at the moment like in the image, tap one app and hold it until the Delete Marker appears
3.When you see it Click the Delete Markers to Delete them from your phone task manager ( Don't worry it wont delete the app from your phone )
4.Click the Home Button Again to go back to the Normal Menu
Update Your iPhone
If you need to Update your iphone wirelessly,
go to settings >> general >> software update
and follow the instructions on your screen.
( You will need a Wifi Connection )
If you cannot go through it, try connecting your iphone to your PC/Laptop and Update from itunes!
You will see the Update option on your itunes menu.
Restore iPhone
In order to restore your iphone, you need the latest
version of itunes in your PC/Laptop,
Click Here to Download the Latest Version.
Connect iphone to itunes, in the left side column
under devices click on your phone, and click restore in the summary tab.
NOTICE : When you're Restoring, Make sure you back up your device, otherwise your information can be lost after restoring.
